By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or engaging with our specialized luxury sourcing solutions, you (the "Patron", "Customer", or "User") agree to be bound by the following comprehensive Terms & Conditions.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. Please read them with the utmost attention prior to executing a transaction.

They do not claim affiliation with, nor do they utilize the intellectual property of, the original trademark owners. They are explicitly marketed and sold as inspired creations.

Ariston Luxury Sourcing: Ariston Luxury provides white-glove, bespoke sourcing services for global luxury apparel, timepieces, accessories, and lifestyle goods.

Visual Representation: High-resolution product imagery displayed on the platform is for indicative purposes only. Minor variations in glass hues, outer box presentations, and formulation color dynamics may occur due to official manufacturer batch updates, global packaging revisions, or lighting variations.
3. Order Authorization & Premium Payment Protocols

Order Confirmation: A contract for purchase is only ratified once payment has been successfully authorized and a formal confirmation invoice is dispatched via our automated systems.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Integrity: To maintain operational efficiency, premium COD privileges are strictly monitored. COD orders may be subject to a non-refundable logistics handling fee. By placing a COD order, the patron enters into a good-faith agreement to accept the consignment upon arrival. Arbitrary delivery refusals damage our logistics network and will result in the immediate and permanent blacklisting of the customer profile from all future COD services.

Transfer of Risk: Risk of physical loss or transit damage transfers to the carrier and customer upon dispatch from our fulfillment centers. In the rare event of a transit mishap, our concierge team will actively manage claims with the courier partner on your behalf to guarantee a premium resolution.
5. Summary of Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Pre-Dispatch Cancellations: Orders may only be voided prior to dispatch. Once tracking numbers are assigned, the shipment cannot be recalled.

6. Premium Pricing Errors & Promotional Sales

9. Health, Dermatological Safety & Allergy Disclaimer
