Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Vail Perfumes and Ariston Luxury, we take immense pride in curating an exclusive collection of 100% authentic, premium fragrances and luxury products. To maintain the pristine quality and hygienic integrity of our offerings, we adhere to a structured and transparent policy governing cancellations, returns, and refunds.

By executing a purchase on our platform, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Cancellations

  • Pre-Dispatch Requests: Orders may be cancelled exclusively prior to dispatch from our fulfillment center. Once an order is processed, securely packaged, and assigned a tracking ID via our shipping partners, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.

  • How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at support@vailperfumes.com with your Order ID in the subject line. Approved pre-dispatch cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 48–72 working hours.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the highly personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of premium fragrances and cosmetics, Vail Perfumes and Ariston Luxury operate under a strict inspection-based return protocol.

  • The 24-Hour Reporting Window: We offer an exceptional 1-Day Return / Exchange Policy limited solely to products that arrive completely unsealed, altered, or physically compromised during transit. Any discrepancies must be formally flagged to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Pristine Condition Requirement: A return or exchange will only be processed if the product is returned in its absolute original state—unopened, completely sealed in its original cellophane wrap, untampered, and with all original retail packaging and batch codes intact.

  • Strict Non-Eligibility: Once a fragrance house product has been unsealed, opened, sampled, or sprayed, it is completely ineligible for return, exchange, or store credit. We do not accept returns based on personal scent preferences, batch variation perceptions, or a change of mind.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

In the rare event that your luxury consignment arrives damaged or if an incorrect item has been fulfilled, we pledge to rectify the oversight immediately.

  • Mandatory Verification: To protect the integrity of our inventory and validate claims, customers must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video (from opening the courier outer seal to inspecting the retail box batch codes) along with supporting high-resolution images.

  • Reporting Process: Please forward your unboxing video and order details to support@vailperfumes.com or via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted without an authentic unboxing video cannot be validated.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, our team will coordinate a complimentary reverse pickup and expedite a pristine replacement or complete refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following categories are strictly excluded from our return and exchange framework:

  • Opened or Sprayed Products: Any item with a broken safety seal, opened box, or missing cellophane wrapper.

  • Bespoke Creations: Custom-made, personalized, or on-spot custom-blended formulations (Private Blends / On-Spot Creations).

  • Clearance & Promotional Sales: Items purchased during clearance events, vault sales, flash sales, or marked as "Final Sale." Note: Minor exterior cosmetic package discrepancies on clearance products are communicated to the patron prior to dispatch.

5. Refund Processing Timelines

  • Inspection Protocol: Once your returned item is received at our Aurangabad facility, it undergoes a meticulous quality control evaluation by our team to confirm eligibility under Section 2.

  • Initiation & Speed: Upon formal approval of the returned item, your refund will be compiled and initiated within 48 to 72 working hours.

  • Gateway Reversals: For compliance and security against chargebacks, all refunds are routed back exclusively through the original mode of payment used during purchase.

  • Bank Clearing Windows: While we release funds within 72 hours, the actual reflection of credit onto your statement depends entirely on your banking partner or payment gateway network, typically spanning 5–7 business days.
