2. Shipping Methods, Regions & Delivery Windows

Premium Domestic Logistics: We partner exclusively with India’s leading domestic courier networks (including Trackon, and other premium surface/air aggregators) to guarantee safe transit across the country.

Standard Delivery Windows: * Metro Territories: Consignments typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days post-dispatch.

Rest of India & Tier-2/3 Regions: Delivery generally spans 5 to 7 business days.

Logistical Exemption: While we maintain an exceptional on-time delivery record, specified transit timelines are approximations. The Company is not legally liable for external operational delays induced by third-party courier sorting backlogs, severe weather anomalies, regional strikes, or structural disruptions.
3. Premium Shipping Tariffs & Fee Structure

Complimentary Shipping Privilege: To honor our patrons, we provide complimentary standard shipping across India on all curated orders exceeding ₹2,000.

Consignments under ₹2,000: For orders below our premium threshold, a localized shipping fee is dynamically calculated at checkout based on package dimensions, weight metrics, and destination coordinates.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Convenience Fee: Where COD options are extended, an additional non-refundable processing and convenience fee may be added to the invoice to cover automated secondary courier verification workflows.
4. Real-Time Consignment Tracking

Live Manifest Monitoring: Upon dispatch, live tracking information is assigned directly to your customer profile. Patrons can monitor the automated, multi-stage journey of their package from our facility to their doorstep.

Recipient Availability: It remains the patron's responsibility to monitor tracking milestones and ensure an authorized individual is present to receive the premium package upon arrival.
5. Delivery Protocols, Failed Attempts & Non-Delivery

Standard Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners execute a maximum of two delivery attempts to hand over your consignment safely.

Returned-to-Origin (RTO) Triggers: If a delivery fails permanently due to:

Incomplete, vague, or incorrect shipping address details provided at checkout.

Extended unavailability or lack of communication from the designated recipient.

Direct refusal to accept the legitimate package without a validated, pre-approved reason.

RTO Penalties & Reshipping Costs: The shipment will be marked as RTO and automatically returned to our main sorting facility. For prepaid orders, any subsequent attempts to reship the package will incur mandatory secondary logistics charges. If a refund is requested for an RTO shipment under valid circumstances, original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Damaged, Compromised, or Tampered Consignments
To protect the high monetary value of your luxury purchase, we maintain strict safety guidelines:

Visual Outer Inspection: If your package arrives with visible outer box damage, open tears, or compromised security tape, do not accept the delivery from the courier agent.

Immediate Reporting Window: Please instruct the agent to mark the package as "Damaged/Refused" and report the event within 24 hours to our concierge desk at support@vailperfumes.com.

Post-Acceptance Waiver: Once a shipment is signed for and accepted, the physical risk transfers to the recipient. We cannot honor claims for missing items or physical exterior damage if the package was accepted with a broken outer seal.

Customized global shipping timelines, local customs clearances, import tariffs, and country-specific luxury taxes are handled individually and are the sole financial responsibility of the patron.
8. Modifying or Cancelling Your Shipment

Pre-Dispatch Phase: Address corrections, name modifications, or order cancellations are accommodated exclusively prior to shipping confirmation and tracking generation.

Post-Dispatch Policy: Once a consignment is formally transferred to our logistics aggregators, no routing alterations or cancellations can be executed under any circumstances.
9. Force Majeure Execution

The Company stands completely absolved of operational liabilities regarding delayed or failed deliveries if such disruptions arise directly from circumstances outside our logical sphere of control. This includes acts of God, unexpected border closures, national health emergencies, airport lockouts, or severe cyber-infrastructure failures.
10. Patron Accuracy Requirements

Patrons must cross-verify that their provided name, specific flat/door details, street address, land-marking coordinates, mobile number, and postal code are entry-perfect. The Company is completely exempt from financial liability for misdirected deliveries caused by typographical errors made by the customer.
